Repair or replace?
Honest answer: not everything is worth fixing. Send a photo and rough dimensions and you'll get a straight assessment. If a repair won't hold or costs more than a replacement, we'll say so rather than take the job.
Mobile or in-shop
Small pieces come to the shop in Nevada City. Anything mounted, structural, or too awkward to move gets repaired on site across Grass Valley, Nevada City, Penn Valley, and the surrounding county.
Certified work
Repairs are done by a welder certified in 6G pipe on two separate process combinations, plus 3G and 4G plate at unlimited thickness and NR-232 self-shielded to AWS D1.1. On structural repairs that matters — a weld that looks fine and a weld that holds are different things.
